Databank Of Experts
We have an ongoing need for brainstormers and futurists. If you have no experience in these areas, don't worry: We firmly believe that nobody is working at even half of their potential, so we will train you for free, regardless of your present position (even if you are a housewife, out of work, student or ditch digger). Check out the free training at the Self Help University. After you have completed the training in those courses, come back here and register (wilson@srv.net). Enter your name, current work position, and areas of expertise (please describe each expertise with one to three key words). Please include any honors and a list of publications. If you feel you don't have any saleable talents, commit to reading three books on any subject of interest to you, and list it under the topic of "research."
Pay scale: We have the following pay scales:
Entry level -- We pay for ideas based upon their value, creativity and uniqueness, so you may not make any money at all (sorry!). Visit our chat room to find out what subjects we are gathering ideas on. You submit your ideas, along with your e-mail address, and we will contact you if payment is to be forthcoming. Please understand that we cannot guarantee payment for your ideas, unless we use them.
By invitation -- Once we have identified you as a valuable contributor, we issue special invitations to intensive brainstorming sessions in person, if you are in the Idaho Falls area, or on the Net in private chat groups. Minimum pay for these sessions are $15/hour, but may go much higher, based upon individual evaluation.
White paper authors -- Acknowledged experts may be paid as high as $50/hour for full white papers or detailed reports.
Priorities: Priority for participating in the special invitation brainstorming sessions will be as follows: 1) People who are acknowledged experts in the field of interest, 2) Chat room participants who consistently have high-value ideas, 3) Students who have taken some of our short courses 4) Students who have taken our free job training (validated by feedback comments).
Job Training (Free) We issue a weekly magazine on the Net of brainstorming ideas, brain food, and self-help suggestions. This is your free training. You don't have to be a gifted person. We will help you find and develop your gifts. However, remember that part of the rating for invitation to the intensive brainstorming sessions is based upon the value of your comments on the feedback forms.
