#BST111 - 3" Border Stencil For foundation piecing scalloped edge borders. The 3" border stencils make curved or scallopped edges with no guess work! They come in unit sizes that are easy to work with; just add fabric to the edges of your quilt to be able to divide by 3". The stencil template can be traced on paper or fabric for your foundation.
