ORDERING

There are two ways to place an order with Toni's Treasures:
|

- Use our printable order form
, which you can send by standard mail, or
- By calling us at our toll-free number, 1-800-397-1684

Directions for using our Mail-in Order Form
|
|
- Open the Order Form page.

Print the order form or, Save it for printing at your convenience.
(Print/Save Directions, if necessary)
- Fill in your name and mailing address. This should be the address you want
your order shipped to, which may differ from your credit card billing/home
address. This may be your home address, your work palce, or perhaps as a gift.
- Make your selections from our Patterns or Specials pages, then enter the
following information onto the form for each of the items:
- Pattern Number
- Pattern Name
- Quantity of Each Pattern
- Pattern Price
- Add up the total price for the products you wish to order and enter it
in "Mechandise Total" box. If your order totals over $100, you
are eligible to subtract 10% from your total.
- Idaho residents, please add 5% of the merchandise total in the "
Sales Tax" box.
- Add the shipping cost as follows:
- $3.95 for 1 to 4 items
- $5.00 for 5 to 10 items
- $7.50 for 11 or more items
Orders outside of the United States will have shipping charged as the actual
cost plus $1.50 for handling; please
Email us for the expected actual cost for orders
outside the United States.
- Add up the total of the merchandise cost (less any discounts), sales tax
(Idaho residents), and shipping, and put the total in the "Total
Box".
- If you are paying by credit card, please fill in the required information
(credit card number, expiration date, signature). If your credit card billing
address is different than your shipping address, please note this.
- Please note credit cards are only accepted for orders of
$20.00 or more. Otherwise, please include payment by check or
money order. Sorry, we do not ship COD orders.
