WI&M Structures

StructuresLike any railroad, many of the WI&M’s depots and buildings are unique. Although designed primarily to support the work of the railroad, each contributes to the character of the railroad. The two-story depot at Potlatch, represented at right, is just one example of this. This page will include information about and photographs of some of the various structures built by or used by the WI&M.

Author’s Note: I would like this page to include photographs and drawings of as many of the WI&M’s various depots, service facilities, and lineside structures as possible. I would also like to include pictures or drawings of any of the WI&M’s bridges or trestles. If you have any of these and would be willing to share them through this Web collection, please contact me.
