- Due to some problems with my ISP, the entire site has undergone a slight move; added a navigation bar at the top of all pages within the site to provide rapid access to each of the major collections of pages within the site; included a "Links" subsection in the Miscellaneous Documents category.

- Addition of the "Maps and Miscellaneous Documents" section; addition of HTML version of inspection report on WI&M locomotive #66; addition of railmaps showing northern Idaho and the WI&M; tweaked the small monochrome images on each of the index pages to look better.
