St. Patrick's Day Party - March 15, 1997
The High Desert Brewers Association sponsored a special St. Patrick's Day party on March 15, 1997. The event was held at the Holiday Inn and was attended by over seventy five people. Two kegs of Guinness and two kegs of Alaska Amber were provided at no cost to members. Raffles were held, and a small quantity of food was served. For those who were unable to attend, the club photographer was able to capture the event for you. Click on the thumbnail photo for a full size enlargement.

In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, Fathers' Malarkey, Mulcahey, and McTarnahan were on hand to dispense punishment to unworthy subjects. Penance was dispensed through the use of a "beer paddle". Each unworthy sinner was given a swat on the behind and made to promise never to be unworthy again.
