Ruth Jane Neibaur Williams was born on August 8, 1942 in Rexburg, Idaho to Adrian Neibaur and Alta Rowe Neibaur. Ruth recently passed away in her home in Pingree, Idaho on May 23, 1999 in the company of her family. We all miss her so much!
Ruth grew up in Newdale, Idaho and attended schools in the Sugar-Salem school district, graduating from Sugar-Salem High School in 1960. After graduation she attended Brigham Young University for two years and worked in Eugene, Oregon for a year.
Ruth Neibaur was married to Neal Williams on December 28, 1964 in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.
