Rachel Williams was born on February 12, 1980 to Neal Williams and Ruth Jane Neibaur Williams.
Rachel graduated from Snake River High School in 1997. She was in many clubs such as drama, speech, A capella choir, and debate. Her senior year she served her class well as the senior class secretary.
Rachel has been alternating between attending Ricks College and working since her graduation and is currently living with her sister Natalie and her family in Redmond, Washington and working at a clothing retail store.
