Johnny Clark (right) of LeGrande, Oregon purchased
this former Cliff Worthen Car from Terry Hopkins
of Blackfoot, Idaho. Hopkins had raced the car
at
Pocatello Airport Speedway in Pocatello,
Idaho. Clifford Worthen had raced the car in
the Boise, Idaho area before Hopkins aquired
it.

Hopkins (left) and Clark (right) are shown here after the
sale of Hopkins roadster to Clark. Clark would perform
a total rebuild on the car and paint it
gold and call it the "Flying
Dolphin". The car was painted gold to match Clark's classic
restored 1942 Ford pickup.

on Daniels' car in Blackfoot, Idaho during it's
construction.
Clark claimed his specialty to be a "bracket fabricator".
