I don't know whether you have noticed this or not, but in the process of improving their image, and greatly so, the people at Lost Creek have changed their web cam image resolution. The image is now huge. That means that the pixel coordinates you were previously using in your East/West side by side views, in terms of the Lost Creek image, no longer results in a useful image. You might want to compensate.
