Every Child Ready To Read  2008

The Menan Annis Library will be offering an “Every Child Ready to Read” workshop for children age infant to six. The workshop will focus on:

•   Phonological Awareness

• Vocabulary

• Narrative Skills

• Print Awareness

• Letter Knowledge

• Print Motivation

  The workshops will be once a week for 6 weeks. We will be offering two workshop times each week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. The workshops start Wednesday, September 3, at 10:30 a.m., and Monday, September 8, at 10:30 am. If anyone is interested in the workshops, come into the library and fill out a registration form. The library will not hold its normal Wednesday story time during this time.
