This book contains beautiful color photographs and guides for quick identification.

The Red Hourglass: Lives of the Predators: By Gordon Grice, hardcover, 1988. This book contains chapters on the lives of several predatory animals, including chapters on the black widow, the mantid, the rattlesnake, the tarantula, the pig, the canid, and the recluse spider.
