Minutes of the October 2003 Meeting

Sixteen members met at Me ‘N Stans in Rexburg. In the absence of Bill, Thor Miller, Vice President, took charge. Bill Madsen reported on the trip to Jackson Hole. Six cars made the trip. Woody and Jan took them on a tour to Signal Mountain. They enjoyed a nice lunch. There were a lot of fall colors yet to be seen. It was a great day.

Wayne brought the leftover shirts, hats, and bags and offered them at a reduced price. Several were sold and will help increase profits made at the show.

Bruce Barton said he though the next year the date will not be put on the items for sale, so that they can be sold otherwise if there

are leftovers. Reservations can be made now at the motel for the 2004 Vet Fest on August 27, 28, and 29 at the West Yellowstone Conference Center Holiday Inn. 1-800-646-7353. If anyone would like to work on a committee, please contact Bruce or Connie. Your help would be appreciated.

The next meeting will be held at the Sizzler in Idaho Falls on November 12.
