WHAT'S NEW?
WEB SITE UPDATED: We have updated our web site.

We added features to assist us in helping you our visitors. Our front page has been modified to provided quicker access to options, with quicker down load of our graphics .

In addition to the the DOWNLOAD AREA, we have added information about products providing a graphic view of screens from the different programs.

Agriculture...New business opportunities for those wanting to provide mapping services to farmer's , ranchers and the chemical and fertilizer dealers or companies. CHECK OUR HOT KEY....Mapping Services for more information.

Business and Agriculture...Laser check formats from Deluxe Checks. The Finance and Payroll packages have had laser check capabilities for a couple of years...now we have a complete line of checks available ...with easy ordering.

UPDATES
Agriculture and Business...small revisions in the Finance package are now available. These updates simplify several areas in the BANK RECONCILE program. Checks, deposits with (-) and (.) in the number sequence can be easily addressed. Also checks edited after reconciling are saved and marked as cleared, rather than uncleared.

Expanded 1099's...printing of 1099's has been enhanced. Both for Agriculture and Business Versions.

Agriculture...DOS versions of the Field Manager have been updated to include costing, and worker safety . The reports are now includes costing by field, chemical, fertilizer application and much more. Work Safety reports make audits even easier than they have been in the past.

Agriculture...Our expanded Mapping Service Software has been enhanced. Two versions, a start up version and a more advanced version are now available. Also a new licence agreement for multiple locations, store and or computer is now available.

WINDOWS VERSIONS OF FIELD MANAGER AND FIELD PRO

Field Manager and Field Pro are now available for WINDOWS. For current users of the Field Manager for DOS, an update is available with a convert routine for your records.

Mapping is now available in both the Field Manager and Field Pro.

ONE STEP INVOICING AND BILLING for Field Pro is available.

QUESTION???? What is in the Check Data area of the accounting software?

ANSWER: Check Data is a tool box filled with items to help fix mistakes or make corrections..

To access the Check Data options, select the menu item, SETUP From the main menu. Select from the menu options...Check Data.

The screen will now display a series of options across the top. Click on the center part of the screen to clear the copywrite information. Select from the options of VIEW, VOID, RESTORE.

VIEW contains deleting of transactions, fixing dates (individually or by group).

VOID provides options to void a check, deposit or adjustments.

RESTORE provides for VOIDED items to be restored back into your accounting records.
