Reports | Forms | Field Test

The Field Test Form is a blank form that can be filled in while in the field and later entered on the computer. You may also print a previously saved form (history record) which can be used to verify input as well as provide you with a permanent printed record.

This form is similar in layout to the input screens for Field Tests in Field Manager. If all the information requested on the form is filled in, your computer records will be completed quickly.

We encourage you to keep the forms once they are filled in for future reference and as a permanent chain-of-record.

Select Field Tests from the Reports | Forms menu. The following screen is displayed.

To print this blank form click on the print icon on the button bar located at the top of the screen. Feel free to print as many as needed or make as many photocopies as necessary.
