WI&M Locomotive #30

WI&M #30 (40K)

WI&M #30 working at Potlatch, Idaho in September 1957. #30 was an Alco S3 (B/N 78395, 660 HP). #30 was acquired by the WI&M in the early 1950's, and made its final run on the WI&M in March 1964. It was sold to the Tacoma Belt and renumbered as #907, and was eventually scrapped in the early 1990's after being sold to the Brandon Corp. of Omaha, Nebraska.
