So.....You want the forms to enter, eh?

Since the webhead who has been charged to put this page together hasn't yet figured out how to embed pdf and doc for downloading into the current page, you have a couple of options:

1) You can down load the entry forms directly from AHA at http://www.aob.org/AHA/scpform.htm . These are not contest specific (that is they wont have the local club's logo) but they have all the requisite information for entry. The AHA doesn't seem to have an easy link to a bottle label form so probably the easiest thing to do is,

2) E-mail Mark Langlois at mtl@srv.net and ask him to send you electronic copies of the files in Word 97/95 or pdf format (our apologies to the WordPerfect users), or

3) You can pick up copies for yourself in Idaho Falls at Dr. Hops, 601 W. 19th, or Marcellar's Vintage Wines and Brews, 431 Park Ave, . In Pocatello you can find entry forms at The Grapevine, 466 S. 5th Ave.

And while picking up forms at any of these fine establishments, we invite you to peruse the selection and sample some of the finest spiritus fermentii available in southeastern Idaho.
