The Trifid Nebula (M20) in Sagittarius. M20 is named "Trifid" because of the dark dust lanes which divide it into three major parts (it looks like 4 parts to me). It is estimated to be about 2500 light years away. Color pictures show an emission nebula (red) and a portion which is a reflection nebula (blue).
